Tag Transfer or Credit Voucher

If you are transferring a tag from a previously registered vehicle or requesting a credit or refund from the previous registration, documentation showing what happened to the previous vehicle is required.

Acceptable documentation includes:

Trade-in listed on dealer invoice
Written proof the vehicle was disposed of
Private sale: Bill of Sale
Repossession affidavit
Total loss letter
