Renewals

Manufactured home registrations are renewed annually from October 1 through November 30.

A courtesy renewal reminder is mailed for manufactured homes currently registered in Lee County. However, it is the owner's responsibility to ensure the manufactured home is renewed and all applicable fees are paid on time.

How to Renew

Renewals may be completed:

• In person at any of our three locations
• By mail
• Online

Online Renewals

Renew online here.

Online renewals include a $2.00 mail fee and a 3.0% convenience fee, subject to a $3.50 minimum, for debit or credit card transactions. The convenience fee is charged directly by the online payment provider.

Renewals by Mail

A $2.00 mail fee is added to renewals processed by mail.

Late Renewals

A $10.00 late fee applies to renewals completed after November 30. Failure to renew and properly display the required decal by December 1 may also result in a citation and additional penalties.
