Ingenuity's leadership team brings a tremendous amount of experience in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Energy.  Each of these senior leaders has a proven track record of success and the entire team has repeatedly proven that they will accept nothing short of success.

Rick Hayes
Rick is Ingenuity's President and directs all the company's operations, business development, recruiting, and acquisitions. Prior to founding Ingenuity, Rick started Emerald's Southern Region by opening offices in Birmingham, Alabama and Dallas, Texas. Later, he opened an additional Emerald office in Atlanta, Georgia giving the Southern Region three offices to leverage for project delivery, business development, and recruiting. Rick brings proven leadership and over 20 years of experience in the information technology and consulting industries. Prior to joining Emerald, he served as Director of Mastech Solutions (later renamed iGATE), where he was responsible for 32 customer accounts supported by over 450 consultants. Prior to Mastech, Rick spent nine years at EDS. In his last position at EDS, he was Director of Financial Systems and Services for the Air Transport Services Strategic Business Unit. While at EDS, Rick had the opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience by serving in a variety of roles covering all aspects of EDS' business. His roles included account leadership, business development, operations management, contract management, and financial analysis.

Kirk Browne
Kirk serves as Ingenuity's Vice President of Operations and is responsible for coordinating all of Ingenuity's delivery efforts.  Prior to joining Ingenuity, Kirk spent 23 years at BellSouth. In his last position as Director of Enhanced Billing Services, he was responsible for providing electronic billing solutions to BellSouth's complex business customers through billing product development, sales and support. Kirk played a significant role in the development and adoption of Internet Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) capabilities and was responsible for the implementation of the first consolidator EBPP offering in the telecommunications industry. His expertise in electronic billing and data exchange, process engineering, and project management provide a great foundation for the Process Engineering Division.
