This important Ingenuity customer is a national, independent provider of leading-edge managed care service and solutions for workers' compensation, group health and auto insurance markets. Clients include employers, insurance companies, third-party administrators and government entities.  In addition to a network of preferred providers, the company offers case management, utilization management, medical bill review and disability management programs.  With $267M in revenue reported in 2006, the company is supported by over 2,700 employees in over 200 branch locations nationally.

About the Data Center Solutions Project

Ingenuity led the planning, design, construction of a secondary, fail-over data center to service the company's business continuity needs. Ingenuity developed the technical specifications for the data center, including Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC), fire suppression, racking systems, UPS and power requirements, flooring, staging and operations center, and physical security. Ingenuity project managed the construction of the data center from startup to the installation and turn-up of all network and computing systems.  This project also included a comprehensive production data center operations management assessment, including an evaluation of capacity planning, configuration management, change management, security, performance management, backup and recovery and service level management.
