I have been with Ingenuity for four years. The reason I chose Ingenuity was the easiness of the program to operate. The system makes it easier to train someone compared to the system I had before. Additionally, I have added the Queuing system to assist me with the checking in of customers. The reports that go along with this system allows me to manage my employees better along with seeing how long my customers are in line.
I would recommend Ingenuity for anyone looking to improve and innovate their office for the better.

When I think about Ingenuity, I don’t think about a software company or a vendor that helps us get from point A to point B with our customers. I think about Ingenuity as family. Like, we all have that tech savvy family member that helps us with technology. Well, that’s Ingenuity. They’re front and center in that role, always ready to take my call. I never feel like an inconvenience.
When I started as a newly appointed Commissioner, they came to MY office and gave me a tutorial on the system they provide. They answered questions then and still answer questions today as I’ve continued to learn. In addition, they listen to our suggestions and make tweaks to provide a quicker more satisfying experience.
At the end of the day, no matter how wonderful their programs are, they sold me on customer service. That’s why I have been and will always be an Ingenuity customer.

Where do I start on the great things to say about Ingenuity? We came on with Ingenuity in February of 2021 with our Tag, License and Recording departments. We added our Probate Court department in April of 2021. All four of our departments are now on the same system which is wonderful when it comes to cross training as well as it being web based if you need to access the system if you are out of the office.
Ingenuity is very easy to work with and just a phone call away if you have a question or issue that needs to be corrected promptly. When we came on with Ingenuity there were several things we had in mind we wanted to add and they have been more than willing to work with us on getting these things going. As for the accounting side of things on balancing it is very easy to balance, correct issues when balancing as well as having several people with Ingenuity for help if needed. We have just added on In2q with Ingenuity in our tag department and what a game changer that has been.
We are so efficient and truly can give our citizens great service with great technology at our finger tips.

Madison County made the switch to Ingenuity in 2019 and it has been a wonderful decision. It has sped up our process and the bookkeeping end is great. Most anyone who knows me knows that I am one of Ingenuity’s biggest cheerleaders. Marengo County joined the Ingenuity team in 2018, and all I can say is that I wish we had joined sooner! Not only did implementation of the Ingenuity system remedy our reporting and accounting issues, literally reducing the time spent on reports from 5 or more days to just hours, we were able to drastically cut down on wait times for customers in the office and improve accuracy in our day-to-day processing. To top it off, the phenomenal customer service provided by Ingenuity is unparalleled.

When being with the same company for so long, we were very hesitant to swap systems. We not only changed to Ingenuity’s Tag system but their Property system as well. Ingenuity hit it out of the ballpark! They made the transition seamless. They are so knowledgeable, reliable and highly competent.
