On-site Training and Go-Live

We believe in the power of connection that can only be achieved with face-to-face interaction. That’s why, even in the age of Zoom, our kickoff meetings, initial training, and implementations are all conducted at your office with our team of support experts. Some would call this an “old school” approach, but the relationships that we forge with you and your team are as important as the software solutions we offer. We just do not believe that this type of connection can be developed through a web camera.

Kiosks and Online Transactions

Over the last few years, your customers have become eager for more convenient ways to interact with you and your office. We understand this desire and have developed a variety of online and kiosk-based tools to help meet your customers’ needs as conveniently as possible. We offer a robust suite of online tools that allow your customers the ability to complete most transactions from their home, office or wherever they are. A part of this suite of tools is EasyTag (www.EasyTagAL.com) - our first-in-state online registration tool for new vehicle registrations. Since 2020, we have processed over 50,000 vehicle registrations through EasyTag for our partners. We have also rolled out a number of in-office, offsite walk-up, and drive-thru kiosk solutions that have proved to be very popular alternatives.

Line Management with In2Q

We offer a completely integrated version of our In2Q Line Management System for our License and Registration Application. In2Q allows your staff or constituents to use a kiosk (or computer) to enter your queue and wait for their number to be called instead of having to stand in line. In2Q’s matching algorithm finds the best and next available clerk to process customer transactions and offers a set of management tools for you to see who is waiting, how long they have been waiting, and how each member of your staff is performing.
